Dear guests, please read the following reservation terms carefully before using our services. Reservations at Hotel Kerber-Graz 1860 can be made in person at the hotel reception, by sending an inquiry to the official email address, via Viber or WhatsApp, or through a tourist agency with which the hotel is cooperating at the time of booking.
All reservations made through any of the above-mentioned methods are valid and subject to the cancellation policy, unless otherwise agreed in writing with a hotel representative. Visiting our website and using hotel services implies that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these terms. Hotel Kerber-Graz 1860 reserves the right to amend or update these terms without prior notice, and such changes shall be binding for all visitors.
Cancellation Policy:
Check-in time is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out time is until 10:00 on the day of departure. Non-guaranteed reservations will be cancelled at 16:00 if the guest does not arrive or notify the hotel of changes. In the case of a guaranteed reservation (cash, credit card, or bank transfer), the room remains reserved.
Free cancellation is permitted up to 48 hours prior to check-in (guest arrival). In the event of a no-show or if the reservation is not cancelled within the allowed time frame, the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the guest’s payment card prior to arrival. By accepting the reservation confirmation, the guest agrees to cover the costs of an unfulfilled reservation in accordance with the cancellation policy in case of improper or late cancellation (less than 48 hours before arrival).
House Rules:
- Rooms are issued exclusively through the hotel reception
- A room is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure
- Occupying the room after 11:00 will be charged as an additional day
- Guests are required to keep valuables (money and precious items) in the in-room safe or deposit them at the reception; otherwise, the hotel is not responsible for loss or theft
- Pets may not be brought into the hotel except upon request
- The use of heaters, hot plates, or similar devices in rooms is prohibited to prevent damage or fire
- Guests are required to take care of room inventory, installations, and equipment
- Any damage must be compensated
- All visitors to guest rooms must be registered at the reception and present a valid ID
- Guests must not cause excessive noise or disturb the peace and quiet of the hotel
- The hotel reserves the right to terminate services to guests who do not comply with house rules and to declare them “undesirable guests”
Hotel Kerber-Graz 1860 reserves all rights to amend or supplement its business policy in the event of force majeure or circumstances caused by a pandemic or epidemic, including COVID-19, as well as the right to cancel guest arrivals or terminate the stay of existing guests in order to prevent the spread of infection and protect human life and health.
