    A building that has stood
    since 1860.

    In 1860, an Austrian woman decided to open a hotel in the heart of Kotor — at a time when the town was one of the most important places on the Adriatic. The building had already been there before her, old and unmistakably Kotor. She simply recognized what it was.

    Since then, everything around these walls has changed — owners, centuries, the entire world. The hotel remained. Today, it offers six rooms and one apartment, each with its own character, shaped by the walls, the light and the space itself.

    We do not force the building to be something it is not. We respect what it is.

    How do I reach the hotel if the Old Town is a pedestrian zone?
    The Old Town of Kotor is a car-free zone. The nearest vehicle drop-off point is at the Sea Gate (Vrata od Mora), the main entrance to the Old Town. From there, the hotel is approximately a 3–4 minute walk through the stone streets. If you need assistance with luggage, please contact us in advance and we will arrange for someone to meet you at the gate.
    Where can I park my car?
    Private parking is available upon reservation. Please let us know when booking your stay and we will provide you with the exact location and instructions. Public parking is also available near the Old Town walls.
    Can I bring large luggage into the Old Town?
    Yes, you can bring luggage through the Old Town on foot. The streets are paved with stone and mostly flat, though some areas have steps. If you have heavy or oversized luggage, contact us before arrival and we will help coordinate transport from the gate to the hotel.
